I’m a Sales Leader & Strategist that loves empowering female leaders
to find their own fastest, direct path to success
and advance forward with commitment to action.
With nearly 20 years of experience
in sales and leading sales teams, a BA in Mass Communication, and an MBA in Business Administration, I’ve had the opportunity to provide leadership to numerous organizations and companies. As a sought after sales leader and trainer with success on and offline, I have the depth and breadth that supports clients to step into their next level of sales growth.
I kicked off my career in real estate
and recall my first sales meeting, walking into what looked like a corporate library with all eyes on me. A room that felt welcoming and full of judgment at the same time. A colleague welcomed me by saying that I’d do well and that I should aim for 4 home sales my first year (a healthy average is 2-3 homes a month). That fueled me and I knew right then and there that I was going to kickass in sales. I ended up being a top performer for that company and was the number one sales professional three separate times.
After 12 years, I walked away from my corporate life entirely. I knew I was designed for something greater and though it was scary AF to take the leap, I did it! I was ready for growth.

Through strength and vulnerability,
I’ve always honored the rhythm of my life. Opportunities come, money flows, and I’ve been blessed with success. The online world welcomed me and I found myself working with coaches and other online companies. I supported these CEOs in growing their companies past the multi-million dollar mark, and although I loved parts of it, I kept having the desire to serve in a greater way.
It was time for me to step out from behind the scenes and step into my own company. As an expert sales leader, I love designing
strategies and processes that do the heavy lifting
so you can stay aligned, and focus on the areas of business that keep you in your zone of genius.
As leaders we want to
make an impact
As leaders we want to make an impact
and be respected. We aren’t afraid to take risks in order to reach our potential. And, sometimes our desire to inspire and motivate others doesn’t align with how we want to show up with our families.
When this happens, it can feel like you’re being pulled in too many directions, leaving you frustrated, unmotivated, and completely depleted.
Using cut throat sales strategies that don’t align with how we want to do business can wear us down. You can stay true to your values and generate sales. Your brilliance and balance are just around the corner.
Building relationships accompanied by excellent communication during the sales process keeps things high touch and allows you to prioritize your family without sacrificing the sale.

Jamie is the most knowledgeable, intuitive and caring mentor I ever had the privilege to work with, even when she calls you out :). She combines both the art and science of sales and seeing her at work is pure magic and effortlessness. She genuinely LOVES sales and most importantly, she absolutely cares about the people she's selling to. My biggest lesson I learned from Jamie is to chill and listen to what's going on with the person in their LIFE and have a human to human connection ... so simplistic but that truly works. She is a graceful leader that focuses on serving and always delivering great value to her team, students and people she works with.
